Exchange and Refund Policy

Return and Replacement Policy:

  • The original invoice is required to benefit from return, replacement, or warranty services.
  • The consumer has the right to replace or return products and receive a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be in the same condition as purchased, suitable for resale or display, and in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • The consumer must not have used the products in any way.
  • Products whose nature does not allow return or refund are not eligible.
  • Custom-designed products cannot be refunded or returned.

Product returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • If there is a manufacturing defect or flaw, or if the product does not comply with the approved standards in the State of Kuwait.
  • If the product cannot be replaced, it will be returned, and the price will be refunded according to the value specified in the purchase invoice and using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • The consumer does not lose the right to replacement or return if the above conditions are met, even if the product was purchased during discount periods licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. In this case, the refund will be processed according to the original invoice and using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Products cannot be returned or replaced in the following cases:

  • If the consumer was aware of a defect or flaw in the product at the time of purchase and accepted it as is, or if the product was the last displayed item in the store and this was mentioned in the invoice.
  • If the product's specifications or packaging prevent its replacement or return, whether due to damage or the impossibility of restoring it to its original condition, preventing its resale.
  • If the consumer used the product incorrectly, damaged it, or installed it improperly, causing harm.
  • If the condition of the product or its equipment does not allow for its resale or display again, or if any of its accessories or components are missing, whether with or without the original box, or if the packaging is torn, provided that the product is in the same condition as when purchased.
  • If the product was designed or customized according to the customer's request, it cannot be refunded, returned, or replaced.
